Customization Process

Our pan tilt unit customization process usually includes the following stages:

1. Requirement Communication

First, the customer needs to provide detailed project requirements and payload information. It is important to note that the more accurate and complete the information is, the better the final solution can match the actual application.

Normally, we need to know the payload dimensions, weight, center of gravity height, mounting method, control interface, cable routing requirements, and working environment. For example, will the equipment be used on a vehicle-mounted platform? Does it require anti-salt-fog treatment? Does it need to operate in low-temperature environments? Are there any special requirements for protection level, vibration resistance, or continuous rotation?

2. Solution Analysis

After fully understanding the customer’s payload information and project requirements, our R&D team will evaluate the technical feasibility and select a suitable pan tilt unit model. Based on the project requirements, we will also prepare a detailed design proposal for the customer’s review and confirmation.

3. Design Confirmation

After the customer carefully reviews the design proposal, both parties confirm the product model, structural solution, interface configuration, control method, cable routing, performance parameters, and other key technical details. Once the solution is confirmed, the project officially enters the design and development stage.

4. Design Development and Prototype Verification

After the drawings, process design, software functions, and control logic are completed, the project moves into the prototype production stage. Once the prototype is completed, ZIWIN will conduct repeated testing and simulated application verification to ensure that the product performance, structural reliability, and system compatibility meet the project requirements.

5. Mass Production

After the prototype has been tested and confirmed by both parties, the project enters the mass production stage. ZIWIN will carry out production, assembly, and inspection according to the confirmed technical solution and quality standards.

6. Delivery and Technical Support

After production and inspection are completed, we will arrange shipment. After the customer receives the product, ZIWIN can provide technical support and guidance for installation, wiring, debugging, and operation. In addition, ZIWIN products come with lifetime free technical support, helping customers receive continuous assistance during later use and system integration.
