ZIWIN warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. In the event of a verified product defect, ZIWIN’s responsibility shall be limited, at its option, to the repair or replacement of the affected product. ZIWIN shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of its products, including but not limited to loss of profits, project delays, system downtime, or third-party claims. In all cases, ZIWIN’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product in question.
