General Warranty Terms and Conditions：

WARRANTY LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TIANJIN ZIWIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as ZIWIN) sole liability for any defective product is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at our sole discretion. Under no circumstances whatsoever will ZIWIN be liable in any way for any damages in connection with any product or its sale, purchase, or use, whether or not foreseeable and whether or not based on breach of warranty, contract or negligence, even if ZIWIN has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our liability (whether under the theories of breach of contract or warranty, negligence or strict liability) exceed the purchase price paid for the item.

Warranty Period

All our products and spare parts are warrantied for 18 months.

The warranty period begins after the buyer receives or signs for the product.

Special Instructions

The following situations are not covered by ZIWIN's "Warranty and RMA Policy",

ZIWIN will provide possible support and service with charge:

1. Equipment damage caused by human factors.

2. Repair or attempted repair by someone other than a ZIWIN‘s certified technician or without ZIWIN’s technical instruction.

3. Accident (such as dropping or spilled liquids), misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature.

4. Unauthorized product modification or usage not in accordance with product instructions.

5.Use of parts and components not supplied by ZIWIN.

6. Products damaged due to fore majeure.

For products beyond the warranty period, ZIWIN will provide necessary maintenance support and charge a small fee for the cost of repair parts.

For customers with larger purchase quantities, we will provide 1% spare parts along with the purchase order as support to the customer，so that customers can make timely replacements conveniently.
