WARRANTY LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TIANJIN ZIWIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as ZIWIN)
ZIWIN warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. In the event of a verified product defect, ZIWIN’s responsibility shall be limited, at its option, to the repair or replacement of the affected product.
ZIWIN shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of its products, including but not limited to loss of profits, project delays, system downtime, or third-party claims.
In all cases, ZIWIN’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product in question.
All our products and spare parts are warrantied for 18 months.
The warranty period begins after the buyer receives or signs for the product.
The following situations are not covered by ZIWIN's "Warranty and RMA Policy",
ZIWIN will provide possible support and service with charge:
1. Equipment damage caused by human factors.
2. Repair or attempted repair by someone other than a ZIWIN‘s certified technician or without ZIWIN’s technical instruction.
3. Accident (such as dropping or spilled liquids), misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature.
4. Unauthorized product modification or usage not in accordance with product instructions.
5.Use of parts and components not supplied by ZIWIN.
6. Products damaged due to fore majeure.
For products beyond the warranty period, ZIWIN will provide necessary maintenance support and charge a small fee for the cost of repair parts.
For customers with larger purchase quantities, we will provide 1% spare parts along with the purchase order as support to the customer,so that customers can make timely replacements conveniently.
