ZIWIN Technology is pleased to introduce the ZN‑SPH200Y, a new 200kg heavy-duty pan tilt unit designed for long‑range, multi‑sensor surveillance in harsh outdoor environments.

The reinforced aluminum-alloy structure, precision worm‑gear transmission, and full IP66 waterproof protection ensure stable operation in strong wind, salt‑fog coastal regions, deserts, high‑altitude cold areas, and long-term vibration conditions.

The ZN‑SPH200Y supports up to 200 kg payload for EO/IR systems, large thermal cameras, ultra‑long‑range zoom lenses, and radar-linked platforms. It offers smooth motion with:

• Pan speed: 0.01°/s ~ 4°/s

• Tilt speed: 0.01°/s ~ 2°/s

• 360° continuous pan rotation

• Preset accuracy: ±0.1° (customizable to ±0.01°)

To meet diverse project needs, the 200kg PTU also supports deep customization, including torque upgrades, extended rotation range, custom slip‑ring configurations, and OEM/ODM integration.
