A Laser High-Speed Dome Camera is an intelligent security surveillance device that integrates a high-precision PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) mechanism (capable of continuous 360° horizontal rotation and wide-angle vertical tilt), a high-definition camera, and a laser-based night vision illuminator.


The key difference lies in the night vision technology:

  • Standard IR High-Speed Dome Camera: Uses LED infrared lights for illumination. This method has limited illumination distance (typically several tens of meters). Brightness attenuates significantly over distance, often resulting in overexposed (washed-out) images, increased noise, and loss of detail.

  • Laser High-Speed Dome Camera: Employs a laser generator for active illumination. Laser light boasts high brightness, excellent directionality, strong penetration power, and slow attenuation. This enables ultra-long-distance (e.g., 500 meters, 1000 meters, or even farther) clear night vision with richer image detail, significantly expanding the effective monitoring range. Additionally, laser illumination is generally more energy-efficient and offers a longer lifespan.

The device typically features a built-in photosensor that automatically switches between day/night mode (color/black & white) and turns the laser illuminator on/off based on ambient light levels.

  • Always On

  • Auto (sensor-based)

  • Timer (scheduled operation)

  • Triggered by Smart Events (e.g., motion detection, intrusion alerts)

For standard products/models, Laser speed dome camera products do not set any MOQ for purchase orders, and 1 unit/item is acceptable. If the purchased items are based on customization, there will be MOQ requirements, and the MOQ quantity will depend on customization and negotiation. The delivery time is determined by the MOQ quantity, and the longest period does not exceed 3 months.
